West Penn Hospital Annual Report
Client: Barton, Denmarsh, Esteban
West Penn had made the decision to focus on people and put their financials in a pocket at the end of the report. The major sections involved interviewing people at all levels of the hospital from physicians to patient escorts to custodians to patients. Profiles with black and white portraits carried the story of the hospital's human focus.

PNC Bank wanted to strengthen relationships with business banking clients. Existing services were described in warmer, more relatable ways. Customer response was so strong other pieces were recreated with the same tone.

Brochure for medical/scientific lab casework. Prior to writing marketing brochure for Sweet’s Catalog and other uses, name for furniture line was created. Second project was Sweet’s Catalogue brochure for chalkboards, whiteboards and other educational items.
